Refund Policy

Returns

Goods can be returned within 7 days from the purchase date for a valid reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Oil items that have been opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

✔ Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the purchase date.

✔ Items eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original condition.

✔ Exchange and refund requests are subject to approval by the Umaitha Quality Control Team. Any non-qualifying items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

✔ Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Refunds

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

✔ Umaitha reserves the right to deny exchange or refund requests if the returned merchandise does not meet our return and exchange policy criteria.
